Designer Package

This package is designed for new custom homes or extensive remodels. Not only do you get the Design, you also get the Details. No stone left unturned. You get your own personal designer to lead you through the process and all the documentation too!

• Meet with a designer in person to nail down a theme and then travel to other showrooms as necessary to make selections. 

• Builder Binder

  • Product selections and information​

  • CAD detail elevations for cabinets, tile other unique designs

  • CAD Layouts for furniture, lighting, flooring.

  • Design Boards of all rooms.​

  • (5) photorealistic renderings.

• 1-2 month turn around

• Bid at $1.50-$3.00 a square foot depending on complexity.

Signature Package

This package is designed for unique clients who want a truly one of a kind home to match their lifestyle and personality. For this service you will be personally taken care of by our Lead Designer and Owner, Natalie Bills. She will be there from initial meetings,  product selections, jobsite install, and all the way till move in day!
